Coastal Modern Bedroom Renovation

This project was an interesting one. When my clients first contacted me about this project they were interested in converting one bedroom into two bedrooms. They own a two bedroom condo which poses some challenges when guests come to town and privacy. After exploring the space in virtual reality we came to the conclusion that the 2 bedrooms would be too small to be functional. Ultimately we decided to get the most from the space we would create one large bedroom suite with a pull out sleeper sofa. With this decision we were able to create a more apartment feeling space without compromising comfort. With the selection of soft neutral materials and adding accents of texture we created the ultimate retreat in this lovely beach condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
